 Our products are made-to-order, requiring 6-7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes an additional 4-5 days via our third-party courier service. 

 As our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, an unboxing video is required for verification. 

 Please contact our customer service team with an unboxing video of the defective or damaged item. Once verified, we will issue a credit note for the purchase. 

 To maintain the quality of your embroidered garments, we recommend hand washing or  machine wash. Avoid harsh detergents and extreme high heat to prevent damage to the embroidery.
